How do I check the status of my shipment?
We email you a USPS tracking number when your order ships. Please email us at info@sunnydecals.com with any questions.
How long will it take to make and ship out my order?
All orders (even custom) are made and shipped within 1 business day.
What are my shipping options?
All domestic orders under $75 are shipped via USPS at a low flat rate cost of $7.95 per order. Domestic orders over $75 include free shipping via USPS. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International for a flat rate of $15.00
How do you apply the wall decals?
1) If you recently painted your walls then please allow at least 2 weeks to completely dry
2) Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe down your walls to remove any dust. Allow the wall to completely dry
3) Remove the decal from its backing
4) Position the decal on the wall and smooth it out with your hand
How do I remove Sunny Decals fabric wall stickers?
Simply peel it off the wall with your hands.
Are Sunny Decals fabric wall stickers safe around kids, what are they made out of?
Sunny Decals prides itself on having some of the safest products on the market. Our product is made from a non-toxic, polyester-woven fabric with a water based adhesive. Unlike most decals on the market today which are made from PVC’s, vinyl, and other toxic media. Our ink is eco-solvent and lead free.
Are the fabric decals soft and fuzzy like a t-shirt?
Our decals are made from a 100% polyester fabric material. It does not feel or look like a cotton shirt. Fabric decals resemble vinyl in some ways but they have a textured feel with a matte finish.
My shipment from Sunny Decals arrived with wrinkles or dents, are my decals defective?
Creases, wrinkles, and dents are completely normal and does not mean that the product is defective. Our decals are made from a polyester-woven fabric material and any creases, wrinkles, and dents will smooth out during installation.
How long will Sunny Decals fabric wall stickers stay on the wall?
Under normal conditions, our products can last 5-7 years.
Will Sunny Decals fabric wall stickers work on textured walls?
Unlike vinyl decals, our fabric wall stickers will stick to almost any surface including textured walls. Please note however that our products are designed to be placed on walls and we cannot guarantee how the product will perform on brick, stucco, or other irregular surfaces.
How do you clean Sunny Decals fabric wall stickers?
You may clean our fabric wall stickers with a clean, slightly damp cloth.
Can you customize size or colors?
Yes, in most cases we can customize our decals to different sizes and/or colors. Please email your request for a quote to info@sunnydecals.com
